Co-Founder, President
Addo Novo
In 2007, I co-founded Addo Novo, a modern furniture startup in Portland, Maine, with a collection of 50 products Within two years, the collection grew to more than 2,000 pieces of furniture and accessories from emerging and revered designers, including Eames, Saarinen, and Jacobsen.
Addo Novo opened its second location in Boston’s South End in 2011. We continued to grow its catalog to more than 5,000 SKUs and built a robust e-commerce presence to expand our reach to a national audience.
Addo Novo consistently produced top national sales numbers among our community of vendors, and was voted ‘best furniture store’ in Boston by Boston Magazine in 2013.
For Real
In 2012, Addo Novo launched For Real, a national awareness campaign to educate consumers about the benefit of purchasing licensed designs.
